BRAVO! At Alderman Swindell Infant School the children learn Italian from Reception. To develop their understanding of Italy recently, each class was transformed into an Italian Ristorante to mark European Day of Languages. Parents were invited to a special assembly to watch the children speaking and singing Italian, and serve in the Ristorante. The menu was pasta with passata and cheese and biscott. The euro was the currency of the day.
