A new look hospital foyer has been opened with a Marks & Spencer Food to Go store that has a 70-seater cafe.
The store has been opened at the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston as part of a customer improvement process that saw two charity shops close in the hospital foyer.
The new store has created 25 jobs in bakery, customer service, finance, operations, barista rolls.
It has replaced Paget’s Café and its seating area, which had served people well for more than a decade but was said to be cramped and in need of refurbishment.
Due to the new store and improvement work, the James Paget League of Friends and Royal Voluntary Service shops closed.
