THE jury hearing a trial involving a Norfolk managing director of a telecommunications company and two of his employees accused of defrauding customers was discharged today at Norwich Crown Court.
THE jury hearing a trial involving a Norfolk managing director of a telecommunications company and two of his employees accused of defrauding customers was discharged today at Norwich Crown Court.
Christopher Boughton-Fox, 46, of Yarmouth Road, Norwich, who ran Business Telecom Limited and two employees, Jonathan Parrish, 40, of The Hills, Reedham, and Daniel Cullen, 27, of Park Street, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, have all denied conspiracy to defraud. A new trial is expected to take place later this year.
The company had a call centre in Great Yarmouth.
