Police have been called to a crash between Hopton and Gorleston this evening.

It happened around 5.49pm, on the A47 close to the Hopton roundabout.

Drivers were asked to avoid the area and one lane was closed towards Gorleston while emergency services awaited recovery.

Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing said two vehicles were involved, and there was a “slight injury”.

Fire crews from Great Yarmouth made one of the vehicles safe after it was leaking fuel following the crash.
