A LARGE load is set to be passing through the Great Yarmouth borough on Wednesday.The pontoon, measuring 5.8m wide, 4.6m high and 17m long and weighing 54 tonnes will be escorted from the A11 at Barton Mills at approximately 5am and will travel on the A47 and down the A12 to its destination in Lowestoft.
A LARGE load is set to be passing through the Great Yarmouth borough on Wednesday.
The pontoon, measuring 5.8m wide, 4.6m high and 17m long and weighing 54 tonnes will be escorted from the A11 at Barton Mills at approximately 5am and will travel on the A47 and down the A12 to its destination in Lowestoft.
Road users are advised that the abnormal size of the load will make the journey very slow and members of the public are advised to find an alternative route if possible.
