Stuart McGee, Palmers store director, presented a long service award to Liz Darby, pictured centre, for her 30 years at the forefront of retail in Great Yarmouth.
He said that Liz had been a valued member of staff to Palmers in a number of departments over the years, but that customers would most likely know her as the Luggage Lady.
As can been seen in the picture Liz is always smiling and has made many friends over the years among customers and colleagues. Also pictured are left Jane Smith accessories buyer and Margaret Martin accessories supervisor.
