Great Yarmouth coastguard helped a yacht that got into difficulty overnight.
The 12 metre boat had got lost in the north Norfolk area after the man aboard had believed he was close to Wells but was actually between Sheringham and Cromer.
He realised his actual position when he contacted Yarmouth coastguard at 8.30pm last night after having difficulty contacting the harbour master at Wells.
He was advised to sail to Yarmouth as he would not have met the tide at Wells and arrived at Yarmouth at about 6.15am today.
Yarmouth coastguard kept in contact with the man all night via his mobile phone and the yacht's radio.
