Lots of cats and dogs looking for new homes - can you help?
This week’s Yarmouth Greyhound Homefinders’ featured pet is Ed. A charming boy, Ed has an endearing greying face and sweet expression. Ed is friendly with all, he likes a fuss from everyone he meets and he will greet you with a waggy tail. Ed is also well mannered around smaller dogs and he takes new situations in his stride. Good on the lead, Ed enjoys his walks and a game with his toys, he will be a lovely pet for a lucky family. For more information, or to meet Ed, contact Homefinding co-ordinator Corinne Douglas, on Homefinders’ local rate call number, 0845 458 3797.
Poor Ruby, the six year old Staffie cross is still looking for a new home. Ruby is described by the Norfolk and Suffolk Animal Trust as being a “very nice dog, quiet and friendly and loves a fuss.” She is fine with other dogs.
Beau is a seven year old male Staffie. He has a good temperament and is good with other dogs but not cats. He is reluctantly having to be rehomed. He will make a good companion.
Merlin is another male Staffie and about 3-4 years old. He is okay with other dogs and has been well looked after, and a friendly dog. There is limited knowledge about him.
All the dogs are neutered and chipped and Merlin has been castrated. Contact Christine 9am-6pm Tuesday to Sunday on 01502 740787 or 07803 745541; or Andy on 01493 603798 or 07557 127625.
The Trust is also looking for homes for many cats and kittens, if anyone wants more details call Josie on 01493 844631.
