A 20-year-old man was left with facial injuries after he was assaulted in Gorleston.

The incident happened at around 12.30pm on Tuesday, January 3 on Beccles Road near the junction with High Road.

A 17-year-old boy from Great Yarmouth has been arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Officers want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this assault or has any other information about this incident.
