A man in his 30s was attacked by a woman in her 20s as he had a smoke.
Officers from Gorleston Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) are appealing for witnesses to an assault which took place last weekend in Gorleston.
Between 11.30pm on Friday, November 23 and 12.30am on Saturday, November 24, a man in his late 30s was smoking in the Pier Gardens behind the Ocean Rooms, when he was approached by a woman in her late 20s who assaulted him.
The victim was left with swelling to the side of his face and a cut to his hand.
