‘Man band’ 5th Story coming to Gorleston

English supergroup and manufactured “man band” 5th Story are playing at Gorleson’s Ocean Room later this month.

Bringing together soloists Dane Bowers, Gareth Gates, Kavana, Kenzie and Adam Rickitt, the band was formed in 2013 exclusively for the second series of the popular ITV2 reality-documentary series The Big Reunion.

Dane Bowers is from the charttopping Another Level whose hits included Be Alone No More and Freak Me. Dane also went on to score a number one hit with Victoria Beckham as part of UK garage act True Steppers.

Teenage pin-up Gareth Gates shot to stardom when he reached the final of Pop Idol, and despite throught to be the favourite, lost out to Will Young.

Kavana released two albums in the late 1990s with hit singles including Thank You, Special Kind of Something and I Can Make You Feel Good, and won a Smash Hits award - beating Peter Andre and Gary Barlow!

Kenzie enjoyed fame as part of the 10 piece hip hop group Blazin Squad. Adam Rickitt, the former Coronation Street actor, entered the pop arena in 1999 with the hit single Breath Again.

As individuals, 5th Story have a combined total of 27 top ten hits, five number ones alongside Mobo, Smash Hits and MTV awards under their belts.

The boys will be performing their hits at the Ocean Room on November 29, with DJs, from 9pm to 2am.
