Officers discovered a quantity of cocaine at the property on Elm Avenue on May 29.
Leon Rouse, of Elm Avenue, has been charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and will appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 1.
