A CAISTER man has been charged with obstructing police and speeding.
The charges relate to an incident on Saturday, October 2, during speed checks on the A47 at Acle where officers were unable to record the speed of a car, which was fitted with a laser jamming device. Jamie Shreeve, 21, of Convent Garden Road, will appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on October 20.
