A Great Yarmouth man has been banned from swearing at people for three-years following persistent drunk and disorderly offences.
Karl Poundall, from Caister Road, appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on Friday, June 8, and pleaded guilty to a string of offences between February 2017 and March 2018.
The offences included assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and public order offences.
The 48-year-old was given a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) that prohibits him from entering an area in Elder Green, Gorleston.
The CBO also forbids Poundall from behaving in an anti-social manner that is likely to cause nuisance, annoyance, harassment, alarm or distress to anyone not of the same household.
This includes using foul, offensive, abusive or threatening language against anyone in any public place across the county.
