A MAN was left with facial injuries after he was robbed of cash and his phone in Great Yarmouth.

The victim, in his late 20s, was walking on Bermondsey Place East between 12.45pm and 1.30pm on Saturday when he was approached by three men. One asked the victim for a light and then assaulted him, causing him to fall to the floor.

The robbers then stole cash and the man’s mobile phone before walking off towards Regent Road or Nelson Road Central. Police are now appealing for information.

One of the offenders was white, aged 20 - 30, and another was black aged 25 - 30. Call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
