Man is charged with burgling bungalow

A 51-year-old man has been charged with burgling a Norfolk bungalow on Christmas Day.

Steven Clarke is alleged to have broken into the Potter Heigham home, near Yarmouth, and stolen credit cards and cash from a purse and coin jar.

Steven Clarke is alleged to have broken into the Potter Heigham home, near Yarmouth, and stolen credit cards and cash from a purse and coin jar.

Clarke, of no fixed abode, is also charged with taking a Kawasaki motorcycle without the owner's consent in Yarmouth on the same dame day.

He will appear at Norwich Crown Court on January 12 for a preliminary hearing and has been remanded in custody until the hearing.
