A MAN who threatened a woman with a knife and slashed the tyres of her car has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Alex Conroy, of St Nicholas Road, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Crown Court last Friday for sentencing after pleading guilty to criminal damage and possession of a knife at an earlier hearing. It followed an incident on August 14 this year at Worcester Way, Yarmouth.
Conroy, 22, was sentenced to eight months imprisonment suspended for 24 months and ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
