Man suffers fractured skull in fight

A 24-year-old man suffered a fractured skull in a fight involving about eight people outside The Ship pub in Victoria Street, Caister, The victim, who was found unconscious in the street, was taken to Gorleston's James Paget University Hospital for treatment.

A 24-year-old man suffered a fractured skull in a fight involving about eight people outside The Ship pub in Victoria Street, Caister, The victim, who was found unconscious in the street, was taken to Gorleston's James Paget University Hospital for treatment.

A 23-year-old man from Caister was arrested on suspicion of assault. He was detained for questioning and later released on police bail pending further inquiries.
