Martham octogenarian Norman Harrison has raised thousands of pounds for the James Paget University Hospital and medical societies.
Mr Harrison has run a donkey derby and country fare to raise cash for the hospital over the last 30 years.
He is amongst those to be recognised at a special reception on Friday held by Norfolk County Council chairman Wyndham Northam, who celebrates his 80th birthday this month.
