Police officers who cover a rural area in the borough of Great Yarmouth are asking the public to attend a meeting to help shape policing priorities.

The public meeting has been organised by the Rural Flegg and Caister SNAP team on Thursday, January 11 from 7pm at the Martham Community Centre on Playing Field Lane.

Safer Neighbourhood Action Panels - or SNAP - meetings allow members of the public to address their safety concerns with police representatives and set out crime prevention plans for their neighbourhoods.

A spokesman for the police team said: “Come along to speak with your local officer and discuss any concerns you may have as well as having an input into the policing priorities for the area.”
