A man wanted on recall to prison by police has taken to social media to taunt the officers looking to trace him.
Police appealed on Tuesday for information on the whereabouts of 30-year-old Matthew Goddard, who is from Great Yarmouth and also has links in Norwich.
After the appeal was shared on social media, a Facebook user also by the name of Matthew Goddard - thought to be the wanted man - commented on the link, appearing to taunt police.
The post said: “ive already shared it mate help hope they hurry up it cold out here lol” (sic)
The Facebook poster added: “Could of picked a better picture.” (sic)
Anybody who may have seen Goddard, or may know of his whereabouts in the area, should contact Norfolk Police by dialing 101 immediately.
Alternatively, anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact Crimestoppers anonymously if required by calling 0800 555 111.
