Meeting for concerned Drill Hall users

PUBLISHED: 11:56 02 March 2011

USERS of the Drill Hall in Great Yarmouth are invited to attend a meeting which will be held over the facilities’ uncertain future.

The meeting is taking place at the King Street Centre on Tuesday at 6pm, and will include members of the Sports Club 88 who use the hall, which had its subsidy cut last year, for a range of activities.

The Sports Club 88 are hoping to organise a user’s group to go Norfolk County Council together in an attempt to have the listed building remain available to the community for sporting and other use.
