Here’s a spotlight on the village of Fleggburgh and some of the pictures from our archives.

Do you recognise any of the people in the pictures of the now-gone Bygone Village, and what about the wonderful wrestling club pictures taken in May 1970? Did any of them take up the sport seriously or was it just for fun and fitness?

The photograph of the Wesleyan Chapel in the village is undated, anyone hazard saying when it was taken?

Meanwhile, lots of the faces in the picture of the Fleggburgh branch of the Royal British Legion dedicating a new standard in June 1975.

And finally, matchstick model makers, pictured in October 1988.
