Henry Charles Day, 69, of North Walsham, will appear at Yarmouth Magistrates Court on October 6 charged with five counts of gross indecency and one of a serious sexual nature.
The charges all relate to male victims who were under the age of 16 at the time of the alleged offences which occurred at the Young Citizens Guild at Hemsby between December 1973 and December 1992.
Mr Day, known locally as Harry, has already been charged with seven counts of gross indecency, four counts of inciting children to commit gross indecency and perverting the course of justice.
