Local motor group Thurlow Nunn is celebrating after its Great Yarmouth branch in Station Road once again won the Vauxhall award for 100 pc customer satisfaction.
Thurlow Nunn was the only dealer in its region to receive this accolade twice this year.
In order to determine the best performing dealerships with the most satisfied customers, the Vauxhall Dealer Network is assessed on a wide range of criteria including handling of calls, dealer facilities and would they recommend. Customers are also asked to fill in questionnaires after their buying experience. The results are then studied and used to identify areas in which levels of sales service can be improved in each dealership.
Thurlow Nunn Great Yarmouth achieved the highest score of all dealerships in its region, excelling in each assessment set by Vauxhall in 2008.
Mark Pinkey congratulated all at Thurlow Nunn Great Yarmouth on their success.
Chris Polidano, sales manager, said he and his team were “proud and delighted.”
