FOR years, the Oxfam shop in Great Yarmouth has been a source of useful and valuable donated items.
From books to paintings, records by cult '80s rockers The Smiths and even an 18th century council ledger the charity store in King Street has stocked numerous goods of both a current and historic interest.
Now volunteers at the shop, which raises funds to tackle global poverty, are appealing for donors to pour the contents of their pockets into their coffers by buying two commemorative mugs.
One of the two mugs marks the 1982 Fisherman's Hospital Fund, while the other commemorates the centenary in 1983 of the Lingwood to Acle railway line.
