Muscle mum Carrie Cohen from Caister has won another prestigious title at the Anglian Championships.Her success followed a seventh place finish at the British Championships - working her toned torso against 20 other competitors.
Muscle mum Carrie Cohen from Caister has won another prestigious title at the Anglian Championships.
Her success followed a seventh place finish at the British Championships - working her toned torso against 20 other competitors.
She said: “I train in Top Body Gym four times a week and walking four days a week upon waking. I followed a strict diet of high protein. My trainer is my husband Simon Cohen former Mr Universe who is competing this year in the USA. I also have plans for the Miss England in September.
“I would also like to take the opportunity to thank people that have helped and supported me.”
