Museum's volunteer appeal

The Nelson Museum, on South Quay, Great Yarmouth, is looking for friendly volunteers to supplement its existing team.

Duties will include helping at reception, using the till, answering the phone and dealing with inquiries and deliveries.

Duties will include helping at reception, using the till, answering the phone and dealing with inquiries and deliveries.

Volunteers, who are given regular training days, an end-of-season gathering and a Christmas party, are needed on Mondays - both morning and afternoon - and Thursday and Saturday afternoons.

The museum is also keen to hear from people who can offer carpentry skills on a periodic basis.
