A PLANE crashed on Gorleston golf course at the weekend, but luckily at just 4ft this was no jumbo.
The remote controlled model aircraft was discovered on the fairway on Saturday by 88 year old Bob Durant who was playing a round of golf with friends.
Club secretary David James said: “I have been expecting my next knock on the door to be the distraught owner, but so far, nothing. The propeller is a bit buckled, as is the tail, but far from a write-off.”
