THE jury in the trial of two men accused of a telecom scam has been discharged.Christopher Boughton-Fox, 46, of Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St Andrew, near Norwich, and Jonathan Parish, 40, of The Hills, in Reedham, deny conspiracy to defraud businesses and individuals to a value in excess of �100,000 between 2003 and 2008.

A new trial is expected to start in January.
