On Wednesday all pupils at Northgate St Andrews Infant School joined together in a mile relay run to raise money for Sports Relief. Along with staff from Sainsbury Great Yarmouth we ran a mile on our school play ground and raised £192.80 to help charitable causes around the world. Children came to school wearing their sports kits and gave a donation to take part. Every child from reception, year 1 and year 2 joined in with the event. Teachers, teaching assistants and representatives from

Sainsbury's ran or walked with the children and cheered them along.

Everyone involved had a lot of fun and we are very proud of our sponsorship total too.
