Sunflowers Pre-school and Wrap-around Care group on the site of Northgate St Andrews First School in Great Yarmouth have recently purchased a Nintendo Wii. National publicity for the Wii has stated that the Wii is an alternative way to bring exercise into schools and after school clubs. The Wii will be used to introduce children to different sports eg tennis, archery, swimming, fencing. It is hoped to hold mini Wii tournaments in which both staff and children can take part.
