THE Ormesby Childminding group organised a celebration in honour of Sir Robert Burns, this year marks the 250th anniversary of the Scottish poet's birth, so to make things extra special the children made papier-mch Loch Ness Monsters. They also brought in their teddy bears and dressed them in kilts and sporrans. A meal on haggis, tatties and neeps was then enjoyed by all. And rounding the day's events some children's poetry was read along with a story about the Loch Ness Monster.
