PE teacher and deputy head Mrs Pam Spychal put together a strong case as to how sports coaching would benefit the children at Alderman Swindell School. And everyone was very excited when the school was chosen as a winner of the Premier Sport and EDP competition Fit For The Future.
Two families were selected to represent the school at a special awards day at the University of East Anglia Sportpark where they saw the Olympic torch and the school looks forward to a whole day of coaching planned for July.
Mrs Spychal left Alderman Swindell at Christmas and is now head at Flegg Primary School.
