A Great Yarmouth woman has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for persistent drunk and disorderly offences.
Tracey Slade, 46, from Stephenson Close, was handed a one year CBO at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 11.
The court heard how Ms Slade had previously been issued with a Community Protection Warning (CPW) stating she was not to consume alcohol in the Market Place.
She had also been arrested on numerous occasions for drunk and disorderly offences and been warned about the anti-social behaviour she was causing in the Beach Coach Station area.
The provisions set out in the CBO state that Ms Slade is not to:
· Act in a way that is likely to cause distress to the public, including the use of abusive or threatening language or behaviours against anyone
· Be in possession of any open container of alcohol in a public place
