An appearance of television personality and singer Peter Andre at a popular Gorleston venue has been cancelled.

The star was due to appear at the Ocean Room on the night of November 25, with fans able to meet him.

However the event has been cancelled.

A statement on the Ocean Room’s Facebook page said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances this event has regrettably been cancelled by the promoters.

“Please contact Kong Events for all ticket refunds.

“We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.”

Peter is known for his singles Mysterious Girl and Flava and for appearing on I’m a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, where he met future wife Jordan, and Strictly Come Dancing.

There were two types of tickets available for the event, VIP ones were £100 and £45 for normal tickets.
