The phone company is the latest retail giant to open a store in the new multi-million pound extension joining Debenhams, Starbucks and Poundland.
The company was making the final touches to its shop fittings this week before its grand opening on Saturday . Rival company Orange are due to open a store in Market Gates on December 20.
The shopping centre has seen a 28pc increase in footfall since the opening of its £16m extension last month.
Centre manager Nick Spencer said: “We are delighted to see Poundland and Starbucks open their doors to Yarmouth, further diversifying the offering Market Gates provides shoppers. At the opening last month we had high hopes for further leasings to the centre despite the economic climate, and the commitment from O2 shows that national retailers are still investing in Market Gates and Yarmouth.”
He added: “This letting boosts the local economy as it brings new jobs and further strengthens our position as the region's premier shopping destination.”
