A new phone number has been launched so people in Norfolk can raise any concerns they have about health and social care.
Norfolk LINk, a volunteer-led organisation which influences and scrutinises health services, has launched the free phone number so that anyone in Norfolk can call without any cost to them.
Maggie Green, of Norfolk LINk, said: “Norfolk LINk is not just about Norwich and ‘01603’.
“We work with, and on behalf of everyone from across Norfolk.
“We want people to be able to easily contact us about their experiences of hospitals, dentists, doctors, care homes and other care services and let us know what can be improved.
“Norfolk LINk has the power to make a real difference, but we can only know what is not working well if people tell us.”
Norfolk LINk can be contacted on freephone 0800 652 4158 or alternatively visit the website at www.norfolklink.org.uk.
