Sea Life Great Yarmouth is hosting a chance to explore the ocean and become a Sea Life Pirate from now until May 21!

Young visitors are invited to get hands-on and sword-fight their way through the ocean. They will follow a map, ‘X’ marks the spot, count up the hidden treasure and obey the pirate rules in pirate cove!

Those who choose to embark on this novel treasure hunt will become an official Sea Life Pirate and collect a reward!

On Sunday, May 14, Sea Life Great Yarmouth has a special guest, Mermaid Grace, who will be at the centre at 1pm and 2pm to meet and greet visitors. Mermaid Grace will be talking on behalf of her friends of the ocean and informing visitors how important conservation is.

Visitors can get up close and personal with the native Rays from a research submarine in the new Under the Ray –dar area, which has multi-sensory touchpoints that show visitors how easy it is to help and get involved in the conservation projects Sea Life supports.
