It is part of an extension to the nursery and foundation area providing an improved educational experience for early years' children at Herman Primary School.

The building has a large canopy to provide a covered outdoor learning area.

Foundation leader Mari Church said: “The new building work has created an ideal learning environment where the children can experience a wide range of learning opportunities and develop skills needed for their future learning through the school.”

Herman Primary is holding a foundation stage open day on Wednesday giving parents the opportunity to come and see the facilities for themselves.
