Police have appealed for help in tracing a wanted man from Norfolk.

Ian Starkings, 37, from Pottergate in Norwich, is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the terms of his licence.

Starkings has links with the Norwich and Great Yarmouth areas.

Anyone who may have seen him, or may know of his whereabouts, is advised to contact Norfolk Police immediately on 101.

Alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
