At a meeting at the village's sports and social club, the Rural Flegg safer neighbourhood policing team was told that although the problem was less acute than in some other areas, it was still impacting on the lives of some residents.
The meeting heard that plans to revive Martham youth club, seen as another way of curbing anti-social behaviour, were making encouraging progress.
