NORFOLK Police are appealing for help from members of the public in order to trace a 25-year-old man. Rafal Krowinski, from the Great Yarmouth area, has been wanted on recall to prison since Wednesday, March 25, after breaching the terms of his licence.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Norfolk Police on 0845 4564567 or anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
