A Great Yarmouth woman reported missing since Wednesday has been found safe and well.

Norfolk Police had been appealing for the public’s help in tracing Maxine Peachy, 51, of Great Yarmouth, who had not been seen or heard from since 7.15pm on Wednesday, July 25.

A police spokesman has now reported that she has been found.

The spokesman said: “Police are pleased to confirm that the missing person Maxine Peachy has, this afternoon, been found safe and well.

“We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this matter.”
