Police tackle allotment break-ins

POLICE are working with allotment holders in Great Yarmouth to improve security at sheds following a spate of break-ins. In recent weeks allotments on Tar Works Road have been targeted by burglars prompting officers from the North Yarmouth safer neighbourhood team along with crime reduction officer Penny Carpenter to give security advice to allotment holders.
