Stallholders are wanted as a popular festival returns next month.
This year’s Lound Festival is taking place on the weekend of June 23 to June 25.
There will be a fun day and fete on the Saturday (June 24) on the village green including classic cars, stalls, activities, a children’s area with bouncy castles and the village scarecrow trail.
With the first scarecrow trail to be held in Lound last year proving popular, the eventual winner – as voted for by people participating in the trail – was a scarecrow named Horace.
Along with refreshments and art and craft stalls in the village hall, there will also be a barbecue and entertainment in the evening.
A spokesman for the Lound Village Hall committee, who are organising the event, said: “We are looking for stallholders or local groups, who would like to book an area for a stall or activity on Saturday, June 24 between 10am and 4pm.”
Please telephone 01502 731321 to book a place.
