A festive feel good video from Potters Resort has taken off with 200,000 views in four days.

The resort published a special 26 minute “Top of the Pops” style video, which featured Potters Theatre Company performing Christmas hits, including All I Want for Christmas, Fairytale of New York, Don’t Let the Bells End and Feed the World.

The video published on December 16, had 100,000 views in the first 24 hours, and the total is still growing.

The video, broadcast from the Resort’s state-of-the-art Atlas Theatre, had as many of the 580-plus team as Potters could get together in their Christmas jumpers to wish all guests a merry Christmas.

Potters Entertainments Director, Nigel Pattle, said: “We stage live entertainment at Potters every night of the year and wanted to showcase some of the amazing talent that is to be found on the East coast.

“We have a fantastic following of loyal Facebook fans, so wanted to do something special for them at Christmas, but also show people who have never been here before what Potters is all about. The response has been incredible and what was amazing was that it was all live, so we could read comments and feedback in real time.

“We’re open all year round so many of the friendly team featured in the video will be working on Christmas Day and this video is a tribute to them and their hard work to ensure that our guests get into the Christmas spirit.”
