Norfolk police confirmed they were called to the court, in North Quay, just after 10am today after a prisoner in custody started to damage their cell.

Police officers and security staff helped restrain the man, who was taken back to Norwich Prison.

But following the incident, a member of the security staff, in their 50s, started complaining of chest pains and had to be taken to the James Paget University Hospital by ambulance.
