A PROLIFIC burglar was yesterday warned he could face prison after he admitted carrying out a break-in at a home in Yarmouth, in which jewellery was stolen.

Michael Andrews, 48, of no fixed address, admitted the burglary in Lawn Avenue, in Yarmouth, in June, this year.

Norwich Crown Court heard that Andrews would also be asking for a number of other offences to be taken into consideration and his case was adjourned until October 16 for pre-sentence and psychiatric reports.

Judge Philip Curl warned him that despite ordering reports, all sentencing options would be open to the court.
