Norfolk schoolchildren helped with a national appeal that saw 90,000 pairs of shoes donated to needy youngsters in Africa.The shoes, collected across England as part of the Shoe Aid for Africa campaign, are being sorted and packaged and will be sent to Malawi later this month.

The shoes are sorted into summer and winter shoes and into 30kg bags of children's and adult's shoes and checked to ensure they are in good enough condition to be sent to Africa.
